We are seeking a Senior, hands-on Engineer with deep Palantir Foundry expertise and strong Databricks experience to support a high-visibility platform migration initiative. This individual will reverse-engineer existing Foundry applications, pipelines, and data workflows, then rebuild equivalent capabilities within Databricks.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution with client-facing communication skills, the ability to analyze complex existing solutions, and experience translating business and technical requirements into scalable data engineering solutions.

Key Focus Areas:

• Hands-on with Foundry Ontology (object types, links, actions, functions), Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, and Workshop apps
• Strong Databricks experience: PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, workflows/pipelines
• Strong Python and SQL
• Has designed data models and translated business workflows into working applications
• Comfortable in front of client stakeholders: can run working sessions, explain trade-offs, push back when needed
