The Role

You will serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader, owning the design and delivery of full-suite Dayforce implementations with a focus on strategic alignment, configuration, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementations across modules like Payroll, Benefits, WFM, Talent, and Compensation.
• Conduct discovery sessions and client workshops to align business needs with Dayforce capabilities.
• Design scalable, sustainable solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive outcomes.
• Make solution design decisions and support escalation processes.
• Translate requirements into configuration strategies.
• Support testing, training, and go-live processes for smooth transitions.
• Mentor consultants on best practices and platform expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce implementation experience across multiple modules.
• Proven leadership in full lifecycle implementations in client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of Dayforce platform.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable presenting to executives and end users.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, HR/payroll stakeholders, and partners.
• Adaptable, resourceful, solutions-oriented.
• Certification in Dayforce modules is a plus.
