Job summary

Inadev in Reston, VA is seeking a Leader to design and build the data layer of our platform. You will develop schemas, queries, and data pipelines on AWS, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity and security for a high-volume filing platform.

Responsibilities include designing database schemas, building ETL/ELT processes, and collaborating with developers and data architects to optimize data access for scalable workloads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of database development experience.
• Strong SQL and data-modeling skills.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases on AWS.
• Understanding of performance tuning and data security.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement database schemas, stored procedures, and queries
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes

• Support data modeling on AWS data services (Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, S3)
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with developers and data architects on data access patterns
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling for query and pipeline development

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
