Description

Sr. Oracle Database Administrator with 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level database services. The Practice/Technical Director provides industry leadership on complex IT engagements, leading enterprise-wide solutions that integrate GOTS, COTS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and third-party components. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and implementing full-stack architecture solutions, recommending enhancements, and providing subject matter expertise to assist clients with difficult business decisions.

  • Extensive experience in database design, modeling, migration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and observation.
  • Proven experience with RAC, RMAN backup & recovery, Oracle Exadata, Data Guard, DB Vault, Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Oracle database administration and engineering experience (versions 10 to current).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship required; active Security Clearance with Polygraph necessary.
  • Certification: DOD 8570 Certification.

This position requires an active Security Clearance with the appropriate Polygraph.
