Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on database administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with relational DBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server and SQL tuning.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise database environments to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Design and implement database solutions that support business applications and organizational growth.
• Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, migrations, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Partner with application development teams on database design, SQL optimization, stored procedures, indexing, and application performance.
• Support database integrations and data movement between enterprise applications and platforms.
• Establish and maintain database standards, documentation, procedures, and operational best practices.

This individual will be responsible for database administration, optimization, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and ongoing platform improvements across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on database professional who can work independently, solve complex technical problems, and partner effectively with application developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
