Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using a range of statistical and machine learning techniques, with a focus on accuracy, interpretability, and business applicability.
  • Partner with internal business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into well-defined analytical problems, selecting appropriate modeling approaches (ensemble methods, decision trees, neural networks, multivariate techniques) to drive outcomes.
  • Develop structured analytic plans that account for available data, business partner requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with digital media and marketing partners to analyze campaign performance, support ongoing reporting, and provide insights that inform testing strategies.
  • Execute end-to-end data preparation including attribute identification, exploratory analysis, transformation, and feature engineering.
  • Manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a deadline-driven environment, maintaining quality and communication across stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-channel marketing analytics and measurement across mail, email, paid social, programmatic, TV, radio, and OOH — owning KPI standardization, reporting cadence, and data quality across platforms and partners.
