Ladders is seeking a Senior Data Scientist - Supply Chain for a leading Food & Beverages company. This remote, US-based role emphasizes forecasting accuracy, model deployment, and real-world impact across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with business and tech teams to translate complex challenges into scalable data science solutions, shape model governance, and mentor junior staff. Strong ML, coding, and cloud experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, or statistics with 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's with 6+ years in data science.
• Expert-level understanding of ML techniques including classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies with 1-2 years of experience.
• At least 1+ years of experience with a major cloud platform for ML model development to deployment.
• Proven ability to write production-grade code in Bash, Python, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of forecasting, optimization, and machine learning models while managing multiple projects.
• Design and implement advanced ML and deep learning models for real-world supply chain problems.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Data Scientist - Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will drive predictive and optimization solutions that improve supply chain performance, with a strong emphasis on forecasting accuracy, model deployment, and real-world operational impact. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex supply chain challenges into scalable data science solutions. You will also help shape model governance, documentation, and ongoing monitoring while mentoring junior data science talent.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $155,000 annually
