Sr. Data Scientist (Greenwich, CT) (Hybrid work: 3 days/week in office required) (multiple positions)
Collaborating with data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to integrate data features and models into production systems. Researching, designing, and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms and methodologies to optimize loan strategies and predict borrow-lending rates. Analyzing the lendability of securities to improve the segregation of customer accounts and funds for maximum revenue potential. Analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured financial data to extract actionable insights. Developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline data processing and model deployment workflows. Evaluating model performance and implementing monitoring systems to ensure model accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Testing, validating, and reformulating models to ensure accurate prediction of outcomes of interest.
Hybrid: 2 days/week remote work permissible. 3 days/week work from Greenwich, CT office required.
Requires:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, and three (3) years of experience as a Data Scientist or related position.
Also requires 3 years of experience with Python and the following libraries: Pandas, Scikit-learn, Scipy, TensorFlow. 3 years of experience working with Java and Spring Framework.3 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including clustering, ARIMA, decision tree, and artificial neural networks. 3 years of experience with exploratory data analysis, data engineering and data visualization. 3 years of experience in predictive modeling, time series forecasting, anomaly detection and risk assessment within the financial industry. 3 years of experience working with Oracle SQL platform and DBMS concepts. 1 year of experience with AWS platform and Nexus for scalable data storage, processing, and deployment of machine learning models in cloud environments.
