Overview

Respondology is looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist (Full Stack) to join our growing team. You'll define the quality bar for our products and build the experimentation and evaluation systems that make it effortless for engineers and product to ship confidently. From formalizing product quality metrics to enabling robust experimentation and reporting, you'll create the foundations that engineering, product, and leadership teams rely on every day.

Salary: Base Salary: $140,000-$170,000 DOE plus bonus and equity. Open to Candidates in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Define the quality bar for Respondology’s products and build the experimentation and evaluation systems that enable engineers and product teams to ship confidently.
• Formalize product quality metrics and create robust experimentation and reporting foundations.
• Make business and product metrics easily accessible for leadership via reliable pipelines and dashboards.
• Build internal tooling for robust experimentation and guardrails that prevent regressions.
• Set up pipelines for ongoing quality monitoring and reporting.
• Support data engineering needs across Postgres and OpenSearch; contribute to future warehouse orchestration and rollout.
