Job summary

NewCold in Chicago, IL is seeking a Sr. Solution Design & Data Insights Analyst to develop analytical models and data-driven insights for our North America customers. You will collaborate with Executive and Director level staff to translate data into business cases and actionable recommendations.

The role requires 2–3 years in data analytics or solution design, strong SQL, Python, Power BI and Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data analytics or solution design preferred.
• Strong SQL experience with large structured datasets.
• Experience building models, dashboards or automated analyses in Python, Power BI and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical models to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical models and data-driven insights to support NewCold's solution design for customers in North America.
• Translate customer data into models, business cases and clear recommendations for executives and directors.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Site Managers during the business development phase.
• Document proposed customer solutions in clear nontechnical language.
• Manage data analysis, research, modeling and reporting for NewCold customers.
• Co-create commercial proposals using data and research for stakeholders.
