Job summary

Kelly seeks an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a high-impact analytics team focused on AI-driven solutions, predictive models, and advanced business insights.

You will design, develop, and deploy ML models, process large datasets with Python/SQL, and build dashboards with Power BI to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and ETL tools.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and developing predictive analytics solutions.
• Strong statistical analysis, forecasting, and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, transform, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions using Snowflake, AWS, and ETL tools.

• Apply statistical analysis and ML techniques to uncover trends and insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and optimize performance of analytical models and decision systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
