Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC, a Velocity Vehicle Group subsidiary based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, seeks a Senior Data Engineer to drive data strategy and deliver scalable data solutions across Sales, Credit, Finance and Operations. You will source data, build data warehouses, APIs, and automate reporting to support business goals.

Bring 5+ years of data engineering, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with SQL Server/SSRS/SSIS/SSAS, Azure Data Factory, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience auditing data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and validity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and business processes.
• Commercial leasing and lending experience required.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.
• Experience working with Azure Data Factory.
• Strong SQL query design, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with relational databases and BI reporting tools.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of data design concepts and data management best practices.
• Experience automating data pipelines, reporting, and analytics processes.
• Strong experience with Python or similar programming languages.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• $115,000–$140,000 annual salary depending on skills and experience.
