Guidehouse is seeking a data engineer to design and optimize enterprise data lakes, warehouses, and semantic models in a secure, scalable environment. You will build ingestion pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support enterprise analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions and deliver reports and dashboards with actionable insights. A Federal Public Trust is required, with opportunity for disclosure and advancement.

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and dimensional data models.
Build and maintain secure, scalable data ingestion and integration pipelines to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs.
Develop and support ETL/ELT processes leveraging modern data engineering tools and platforms.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions and enable data-driven decision making.
Create and support reports, dashboards, and semantic data layers that provide actionable business insights.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
THREE (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.
Experience applying AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance data engineering and analytics capabilities, including:
Data modeling acceleration
SEMOSS (Semantic Open Source Software)
Anomaly detection and monitoring
Automated pipeline development and optimization
AI-assisted analytics and reporting
Machine learning and predictive analytics concepts
Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics environments.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform automation.
The annual salary range for this position is $75,200.00-$112,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
