Title: Sr. Data Analyst with Healthcare Experience Mandatory (Only W2)

Location: Hybrid (Downtown Indianapolis, IN) - Only Locals

Minimum Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities:

1. Provide analysis, reporting, and data discovery services for end-users under limited supervision.
2. Develop enterprise reporting/dashboarding solutions based on end-user requests and requirements.
3. Collaborate with end-users to support business and clinical objectives.
4. Manage data warehouse security to ensure data reliability and security.
5. Train end-users on reporting tools.
6. Solve complex analytical problems.
7. Lead projects or project steps within broader initiatives.
8. Innovate analytical solutions and needs.
9. Mentor colleagues with less experience.

Preferred Skills:

• PowerBI
• Experience with R Script
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Flow
• Healthcare Industry experience
• Understanding of Information Management principles, IT Processes, SDLC, architecture, and technologies
• SharePoint and Office 365 proficiency
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in Data Warehousing and analytics
• SQL, data modeling, PowerBI or Tableau experience
• Experience in an Agile environment with Azure DevOps
• 5-7 years in analytics or related tech fields
