What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of identification and stratification tools within healthcare markets
- Collaborate with the data science team to validate machine learning models and maintain trending analyses
- Manage projects focused on database creation, statistical modeling, and data delivery processes
- Perform statistical analyses to assess tool effectiveness and monitor long-term analytics performance
- Provide ongoing updates on project status and conclusions to relevant stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics or Financial analysis, with experience in Medicare and SNP populations preferred
- 5+ years of experience using SQL, Snowflake, or SAS with SQL
- Proficiency in machine learning, regression, or similar statistical techniques
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Python or R
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks or similar platforms
- Additional experience with Medicare and SNP populations
