What to Expect
- Maintain and manage data processes in a primarily cloud-based environment to ensure business needs are met
- Use SQL and other tools to manipulate data and provide actionable information to internal customers
- Build reporting and data visualizations to drive strategies and measure interventions
- Ensure completion of yearly projects that support team-specific roadmap items
- Evaluate data and reports for accuracy and validity, ensuring compliance with customer requirements
What is Required
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst utilizing SQL
- 4+ years of ETL experience in tools such as Alteryx, Streamlit, or Python
- 3+ years of experience with process improvement and evaluation of business processes
- 2+ years of Cloud experience using APIs, Kafka, Azure Databricks (Terraforms), and GitHub
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of HEDIS, Pharmacy, or Medicare Star Ratings
- Experience working with large, diverse healthcare data for analytic purposes
- Understanding of Star Rating, PQA, HEDIS, and NCQA technical specifications
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members
- Proven ability to work in a rapidly-changing environment
