Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.**About you:*** Four-year degree or equivalent experience* 1+ year as a Data Analyst with strong academic performance in a quantitative field; or strong equivalent experience Intermediate SQL experience writing complex queries* Solid problem solving, analytical skills, data curiosity, data mining, Data creation and consolidation* Support conclusions with a clear, understandable story that leverages descriptive statistics, basic inferential statistics, and data visualizations* Willingness to ask questions about business objectives and the measurement needs for a project workstream, and be able to measure objectives & key results* Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them* Knowledge of AB Testing methods, time series, S&OP planning, Forecasting models including statistical analysis* Experience in analytics tools such as: SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Domo, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics) and/or equivalent technologies* Builds detailed reports and dashboards using various tools, designs and implements data visualizations to communicate complex data clearly. Prepare data models and analysis to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for values and new opportunities.* Experience leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven approaches (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI-enabled tools) to enhance decision-making* Works closely with cross functional teams to understand data needs, value opportunities and delivers solutions in partnership with digital technology and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy* Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analysis* Cultivates and maintains positive partners relationships to understand their data needs, provides insights and finds improvement opportunities, and ensures reporting solutions address key objectivesThis position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
