The role combines data analysis with automation using Power Automate and Tableau, requiring 10 years of data/testing experience, a Public Trust clearance, and a Bachelor’s in Data Science or related field.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile SDLC and data sources to assure data quality.
  • Ability to monitor data accuracy across diverse sources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Cloud Automation flows using Power Automate.

  • Define variables for surveys including names, ranges, defaults, and questions.

Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified looking for a Data Analyst. In this role, you will manage and analyze quantitative data and provide output in the format requested. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, as well as lead data modeling, migration, consolidation, and preprocessing efforts; ensure data quality and integrity; and enable secure, accessible data environments that drive informed decision-making and portfolio performance insights.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Cloud Automation flows using Power Automate
  • Build Power Automate cloud flows integrated with Tableau data in SharePoint to automate update BI Completion Dates
  • Enter definitions of variables for survey questionnaires, including variable names, range labels, default values, and question strings.
  • Generate data retrievals and summary outputs.
  • Support dissemination and reporting of data to stakeholders.
  • Provide routine analysis and interpretation of data, as well as data entry, coding, and transcription.
  • Develop presentation graphics, Including MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Review data error logs to ensure that requested data modifications are done according to the protocol.
  • Identify errors/omissions of variable formats or labels.
  • Document problems and proposed corrections before finalizing the data set.
  • Review the data files to document problems and proposed corrections needed to be made to finalize the data set.
  • Review the quality of the weights as indicated.
  • Merge data from different sources into spreadsheets; conduct necessary steps to ensure quality of the resulting merge.
  • Assist with developing data management processes and protocols
Required Qualifications
Experience/Skills
  • Ten (10) years of experience usingWeb Service, Web Methods, MQ and JMS testing, SOAP UI, Postman, JMeter, REST and Swagger.
  • Thorough Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (Agile), involved in various phases like Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development and Testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple data sources to monitor and assess data to ensure data quality, including accuracy and completeness.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $ 123,000 - $155,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
