Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst – ADI to join our client's Brandon, FL team onsite. The role is a contract position with a salary of $36-$46 per hour, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

The candidate will analyze and visualize data, develop BI reports, and translate business questions into actionable analytics. Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills, plus exposure to Snowflake and Python, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 2–5 years of data analysis experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Python, ML/AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, validate, and visualize complex data sets for reports, dashboards, and AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches, including defining measures and data requirements.
• Support solution design through exploratory analysis and data visualization.
• Lead or assist with requirements gathering, data validation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitor data quality, investigate errors, and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Document data governance elements such as key fields, lineage, and controls.
• Partner with business and technical teams to prioritize needs and communicate findings.
• Provide technical guidance, peer review, and mentorship to analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical roles
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL for querying and validating data
• Exposure to Snowflake, Python, machine learning, or AI solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
