Job summary

Saxon Global seeks a senior Business/Data Analyst in Minnesota to join our healthcare analytics team. You will translate business needs into functional, data, and interface requirements and work within Agile/Scrum environments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, with strong SQL, data profiling, data validation, and financial data understanding, plus stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business/systems/data analysis roles.
• Healthcare payer/provider experience with claims and billing data.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP/AR, reconciliations and close.

• Experience turning business needs into functional requirements in Agile.

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Data/Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, finance systems analysis, or related roles.
• Demonstrated healthcare payer/provider experience with strong understanding of claims, membership/eligibility, premium billing, payments, and related financial data.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP/AR, reconciliation, journals, close, accruals, and financial controls.
• Strong SQL, data profiling, data validation
• Experience translating business needs into functional, system, data, and interface requirements and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
