Description:This position is for a Data Analyst Sr within the Aeronautics Data Analytics Team under Aeronautics Business Transformation Organizations. This role will be responsible for:
· Collecting, processing, and analyzing data to develop immersive stories that answer business questions
· Provides analyses of business needs based on interviews and working sessions with business users of targeted systems.
· Documents business requirements in the form of detailed requirements or user stories.
· Develops visual process flows based on detailed requirements or user stories.
· Supports IT teams in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
· Supports the project leadership in prioritizing business requirements based on feedback from business users.
· Develops unit and user acceptance testing approaches, scripts, and approval process
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
· Strong business and data analysis skills - capturing and documenting requirements, understanding business impacts and tradeoffs, conducting interviews and workshops, proposing solutions, documentation and process mapping, etc.
· Strong data and BI analysis skills - detailed analysis of source systems, KPI definitions, and aggregations.
· Hands-on experience working with visualization tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, or others.
· Experience using Data prep tools like Alteryx, Nifi, Tableau Prep, SAP Business Objects, or others
· Advanced knowledge of SQL and ability to normalize large volumes of data
· Experience writing test cases, test scripts, and testing in a large Data warehouse environment
Excellent presentation and analytical skills

Desired Skills:
· Domain knowledge in business functions such as supply chain, HR, finance, etc.
· Experience working in SAP ERP
· Experience working with relational databases and virtualization tools such as SAP Hana In-Memory database, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Tibco

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
