Duties:

  1. Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical development teams to build SaaS solutions for consumer data segmentation and activation.
  2. Collaborate with Enterprise Digital Capabilities teams to design and develop optimized data pipelines to cloud-based SaaS solutions like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platform.
  3. Define data ingestion and ETL flows for consumer data into the enterprise cloud data lake (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
  4. Establish data connectors and integration methods for sharing data across platforms, from the data lake to marketing SaaS solutions.
  5. Support deployment, onboarding, and training activities to enable marketers and operational teams.
  6. Maintain high-quality solutions with unit and integration testing.
  7. Enhance data pipelines to support and optimize SaaS solutions continuously.
  8. Create and maintain documentation such as data flow diagrams, data management plans, and table documentation.
  9. Work within an agile framework to meet objectives.
  10. Stay informed about marketing technology trends to guide the digital capability roadmap.
  11. Telecommuting is permitted 100% of the time from anywhere in the U.S.
  12. Travel required: approximately 10% domestic travel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with five (5) years of experience in the role or a related occupation.
  • Five (5) years of experience with:
    • Database management, including SQL and relational data concepts.
    • Dimensional modeling, ETL, and handling structured and unstructured data.
    • Cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform.
    • Integrating SaaS solutions like Salesforce.
    • Working in agile teams.
    • Gathering requirements and creating user stories.
    • Using data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau.
    • Modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
    • Managing dependencies in cross-functional teams tied to technical roadmaps.

Background check and drug testing are required.

Salary range: $150,363 - $153,300 annually. Compensation reflects experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits include health, retirement, time off, and wellbeing perks. Participation in incentive programs is possible depending on performance.
