Sr Customer Support Management Professional - Delivery consultant (REMOTE) (Finance)

As a Delivery Consultant, you will support all phases of product delivery and implementation, including analyzing and documenting customer business requirements, conducting requirement gathering workshops, and configuring and installing SaaS solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with premier accounts and interact with various management levels, providing high visibility both internally and externally.

You will collaborate with a professional services delivery manager and work on a fully remote schedule.

Your impact will influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, team performance, customer retention, innovation, and brand perception. Your leadership in customer support management is vital to delivering outstanding support experiences and building strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with customer support teams to improve service quality
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalations
  • Collaborate across teams to improve processes
  • Analyze customer data to identify improvement areas

Travel: 25% to 50% domestic travel, with potential for international travel.

COMPENSATION

Base salary ranges from $100,300 to $125,400, varying by location and factors such as experience and skills. Salary details are guidelines; actual offers depend on multiple considerations.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have protected status due to export control laws.

Application period is approximately 40 days, subject to change.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years in an analytical or business/quality systems environment
  • Experience with user stories and tools like Jira, Excel
  • Knowledge of Agile processes and Sprint planning
  • Excellent communication skills for customer-facing roles in SaaS
  • Project management abilities and technical aptitude for SaaS features
  • Willingness to travel 25%-50%, possibly internationally
ADDITIONAL VALUED SKILLS:
  • Salesforce experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Database management system familiarity (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
  • Experience with SaaS, document management, or quality management software
  • Experience with QMS implementation and customer workshops
