Location : Remote with requirement to travel for business needs. Greater Minneapolis area preferredRole Purpose : The Sr. Customer Insights Analyst works closely with Hain's Target Account Team to monitor brand & category performance & competitive activity. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing & Category Managers to develop & communicate fact-based analysis & insights to support Hain's category solutions & meet topline sales objectives. The Sr. Analyst, Customer Insights supports Hain's Target Account Team by using syndicated & panel data as well as other insights to identify opportunities, influence the customer, and drive profitable topline growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Leverage insights from of a broad range of data sources including Circana, Spins, Mintel, and other tools to develop selling stories, category reviews, and business reviews and make fact-based assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion recommendations to drive category growth.Act as a category subject matter expert for Hain's Target Account Team by possessing a deep knowledge of Hain categories and category
