The base salary range for this position is listed below.

What You'll Do

You’ll own the end-to-end relationship with a strategic customer, serving as the primary point of contact between AWS and the customer's leadership. You'll design, build, and deliver programs that create meaningful impact for the customer's communities, and you'll excel at building deep, long-term relationships while matching those communities to the full range of opportunities AWS can offer.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of a customer engagement program, shaping how AWS invests in communities through mentoring, career exploration, tech education, and skills development. • You communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences, including Directors, VPs, and external executives. You foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues to build consensus. You partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • You define clear goals and objectives, drive crisp decisions about which initiatives move forward and in what priority order, and proactively identify risks, bringing them to your team and stakeholders with mitigation plans before they become roadblocks.
  • You are a simplifier who judiciously adds, refines, and removes procedures, applying best practices to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the teams you work with.
