Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer and Community Engagement Leader to own end-to-end relationships with a strategic customer.
You will design, build, and deliver programs that create meaningful community impact and align AWS opportunities with customer leadership. The role involves shaping strategy and execution of a large engagement program, representing AWS at national events, and coordinating senior executive participation to maximize impact and visibility.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of a customer engagement program, shaping how AWS invests in communities through mentoring, career exploration, tech education, and skills development. You’ll represent AWS at the customer's flagship events, such as national summits and gatherings, and coordinate senior executive participation, including engagement at the board and Trustee level.
This role is about creating the strategy and execution of community engagement to drive impact in untapped markets, with a focus on long-term, innovative, high-impact programs that leverage Amazon's unique assets and culture. You’ll apply program planning, event management, communications expertise, and project management and collaboration skills, while coordinating and communicating business outcomes and results.
The successful candidate is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven, with a positive attitude and a readiness to be a team player. This role is for you if you want to contribute, learn, build, and be challenged.
