Job Description

Assignment Details

• Duration: 3-6 Months
• Compensation: $20.05/hour plus benefits
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Location: On-site in La Jolla

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled and skilled cleaning of various facilities, including residences, dining halls, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor machines, and power washers.
• Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, waxing floors, and cleaning windows and bathrooms.
• Safeguard keys and custodial supplies.
• Respond to routine and emergency work requests, providing customer service to residents and guests.
• Work in dining halls and student residences.
• Interact positively with staff, residents, and guests.

Qualifications

Must be able to start on June 9th.

Special Conditions

• Background checks are required.
• This position is a Mandated Reporter under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act (CANRA).

Additional Information

Annual full pay range: $41,864 - $52,075; Hourly: $20.05 - $24.94. Compensation factors include experience, skills, education, and organizational needs.
