The Senior CRM Integration Specialist will be responsible for leading the seamless implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)integrations with other applications. This role is essential in driving successful CRM integration efforts through customer-focused solutioning, onboarding, and sales support. This role will work closely with CRM vendors, product,engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure data flows efficiently across systems, enhancing customer experience
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and management of CRM Integration with other applications or systems using APIs.
Works with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Leverages deep CRM knowledge to accommodate diverse system configurations to optimize system configurations.
Identify and prioritize which integrations are most valuable to the business, considering factors like market demand, technical feasibility, and ROI.
Work with Product and Tech teams to resolve integration-related technical issues.
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and other internal security policies and procedures.
Track the performance of integrations, identify areas for improvement, and work with engineering to optimize them
Develops and maintains documentation for integration processes and workflows.
Partners with P roduct, Tech, and Sales to provide technical expertise and integration solutions .
Develops and presents detailed support materials outlining integration options and benefits.
Assists with onboarding, ensuring a smooth configuration and setup process.
Experience
6+ years of experience in CRM integration, including data mapping, system configuration, data structures, technical consulting, or other directly related experience .
Knowledge and experience of working and integrating with CRM vendors such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft
Proven track record of delivering innovative software solutions to market
Proficiency with integration tools and platforms such as APIs, Zapier, etc.
Experience in building applications to run on public cloud platforms ( e.g., GCP, AWS)
Proven ability to collaborate across organizations, up and down management levels, with globally distributed office locations .
Education
A bachelor's degree in computer science , Engineering, or a related field is required .
A Product Management credential is preferred

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $120,000 and $150,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
