You will be the primary contact across phone, email, and AI-enabled tools, delivering white-glove service while resolving complex issues. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue protection in healthcare distribution.

We are seeking remote customer-focused Sr. Credit/Collections Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume Accounts Receivable service environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for a large volume, business critical customer portfolio and requires individuals who can balance efficiency, professionalism, and problem resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Successful candidates will possess strong critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of customers. They must be a solution-oriented negotiator who is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and AI-enabled customer engagement tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience providing concierge white glove experience to priority clients, with 2+ years of commercial collections experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service-intensive industries preferred
• Track record of collaborating with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

Working Environment

Location: Fully remote

Hours - Monday thru Friday 8a-5p CT, with a 10a-7p CT rotation
