Millennium Bank in Calhoun, GA is seeking an experienced Sr. Credit Analyst to evaluate borrower creditworthiness, prepare underwriting packages, and propose loan structures that balance growth with risk management.

You will analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow and collateral; prepare credit memorandums; review new credit requests and renewals; monitor portfolio health. Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or economics required; 4–7 years of commercial credit analysis; MBA/CFA a

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 4-7 years of commercial credit analysis experience, ideally including formal credit training.
• Strong command of financial modeling, global cash flow analysis, and loan documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and other financial information to evaluate borrowers' financial condition, repayment capacity, and overall creditworthiness.
• Prepares comprehensive credit memorandums, including financial analysis, risk assessments, loan structure, pricing, collateral, and covenant recommendations for loan approval.
• Evaluates new credit requests, renewals, extensions, and modifications to ensure appropriate loan structures and adherence to the Bank's lending standards.
• Reviews and recommends appropriate credit risk ratings based on borrowers' financial performance, repayment capacity, and identified risk factors.
• Monitors the commercial loan portfolio through annual reviews, financial statement analysis, covenant compliance, and identification of emerging credit weaknesses or deteriorating credit relationships.

About the Position

Education, Qualifications, Training

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 4-7 years of commercial credit analysis experience, ideally including formal credit training.
• Strong command of financial modeling, global cash flow analysis, and loan documentation.
• Clear writing, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in underwriting commercial real estate, C&I, or small business lending.
