Labcorp is seeking a Sr Courier to join our logistics team in Spokane, WA. The role involves loading supplies, completing pickup schedules, delivering specimens, and safely operating a company vehicle.

You will work with dispatch to manage additional pickups while monitoring routes and weather conditions. Minimum qualifications include 1 year or more of courier experience and a valid driver's license, with preference for 3+ years and healthcare/logistics exposure.

• Previous experience in health care, logistics or transportation environments.

Responsabilidades

• Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner.
• Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws.
• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups.
• Work directly with dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions as needed.
• Act as a floater for the logistics team providing support for various routes.

PAML a Labcorp Company is seeking a Sr Courier to join our team in Spokane, WA

Work Schedule

Hours vary Monday - Friday 12:00 pm to 12:00 am overtime and additional days and hours may be required

Job Responsibilities

• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups
• Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

• No Education Required
• 1 Year or more previous driver/courier experience

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of previous driver/courier experience
• Previous experience in health care, logistics or transportation environments

Additional Job Standards

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Be at least 21 years old
• Very punctual with strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve customer issues
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Pay Range

$18.63 to $26.02 per hour

Plus Shift 2 Differentials

Included with this position is a company vehicle that you will use for your assigned route. In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home nightly and having it available for personal use.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
