Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of cost and/or inventory accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze costs related to production, labor, overhead, and materials
• Create, maintain, and improve systems and processes
• Perform cost reporting and variance analysis
• Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Conduct cycle counts
• Investigate discrepancies and propose corrective actions
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and analyze cost trends
• Assist with capital expenditures, new product development, pricing, and BOM
• Implement cost control measures to enhance processes
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to improve efficiency
• Support compliance, internal controls, and financial audits related to cost accounting
