What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Act as the primary client liaison, supporting clients with program management and account strategy execution
  2. Conduct yearly business reviews for corporate partners to showcase program value and identify growth opportunities
  3. Analyze customer health metrics and gather feedback to understand partner sentiment
  4. Maintain ongoing updates and communication with corporate partners using Salesforce and other documentation tools
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for specialty and nurture-level client accounts, fostering positive relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success and/or client services role
  2. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  4. Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships
  5. Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 10%)
