The ideal candidate has 10+ years FP&A in large public companies, familiarity with SAP and OneStream, and a track record partnering with C-suite on strategy and performance improvements. MBA or CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A in a large public company, $3B+ revenue preferred.
• Experience in corporate finance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and senior executive partnerships.
• Proficient with SAP, OneStream, Excel and PowerPoint; strong modeling and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s annual operating plan and long-range planning across global finance teams.
• Develop executive-level financial presentations and board materials.
• Partner with finance leaders to set performance targets and deadlines.
• Analyze results, trends, cash flow, and balance sheet; provide actionable recommendations.

Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager to join a global manufacturing and medical technology organization. The Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager will serve as a key member of the corporate finance team, leading enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and financial performance analysis. This role is well suited for an experienced finance professional who has operated within large public companies, partnered closely with executive leadership, and successfully driven financial processes across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment. The Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager must be located in the Tempe AZ area and sit onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager:

• Lead the company’s annual operating plan, long-range strategic planning, forecasting cycles, and month-end financial review activities across global finance teams.
• Develop executive-level financial presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership, board meetings, and key business reviews.
• Partner with finance leaders to establish performance targets, communicate deliverables, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and deadlines.
• Analyze financial results, spending trends, cash flow projections, and balance sheet performance while providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Drive reporting standardization, process improvements, and system enhancements through the use of planning and reporting platforms, including OneStream and SAP.

Qualifications of the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience within a large public company environment, preferably supporting organizations with $3B+ in annual revenue.
• Proven background in corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with senior executives on business strategy and performance initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, OneStream, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage changing priorities, and clearly communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

Compensation for the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager includes:

• Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually plus bonus
