About The Role

Writers are first and foremost thinkers. Words matter. Craft matters. We seek a sharp, talented writer to join the Creative Lab, reporting to the Creative Director. You will support and expand the Lab's content creation and copywriting capabilities, working on campaign concepts, editing client-supplied post copy, writing digital audio spots, and rewriting creative strategy decks. You should be comfortable writing headlines, blogs, and background research, and workshopping copy.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and the Creative Director to ideate campaign concepts across various clients
  • Work effectively with clients, showing empathy, leadership, and positive energy
  • Create content for blogs, articles, product landing pages, digital campaigns, paid social media, etc.
  • Develop scripts for video and audio spots
  • Maintain brand consistency (style, fonts, tone)
  • Transform complex topics into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other professionals on projects
  • Partner with team members and external agencies to deliver high-quality work on time and on brand
  • Follow and recommend content best practices and trends
  • Support editorial calendars with copy and concepts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
  • Assist with ad hoc content requests
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 8-10 years experience in advertising agencies, creative studios, or media organizations, focusing on researching, creating, and editing content for brand voices
  • Passion for craft and executing creative projects with teammates
  • Attention to detail and self-proofing skills
  • Knowledge of the evolving media ecosystem, including Influencer, Creator, Paid Social, and creative production
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining work, justifying decisions, and professional feedback
  • A creative mindset and drive to lead in a high-growth environment
  • Applications must include an online portfolio or at least 3 work samples
Additional Information
