A large worldwide manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Electrical Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for a permanent position in Arvada, CO. The I&C Engineers will work on a team of 4 to play a crucial role in designing automation control systems attached to industrial pumps and compressors for various industries. Responsibilities include design validation, creating as-built drawings, selecting instrumentation and transmitters, recalibration, creating architecture and loop diagrams, diagnosing automation issues, configuring software, programming Siemens/Rockwell PLCs and HMIs, factory acceptance testing, and preparing bills of materials. They will also consult with manufacturing teams from startup to integration, including hardware architectures and design validation, and coordinate with mechanical and electrical shop floor teams.
