Job summary

M1 Search Group seeks a Sr. Controls Engineer to join our growing team in Colorado. You will work on PLC programming, HMI development, and integration of automated systems, while supporting customers with engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, hands-on PLC/HMI experience, and CAD-based electrical design proficiency. Travel of 15–20% is required to support on-site implementation and customer collaboration.
