Job summary

Freudenberg in Manchester, NH seeks a Sr. Controller to act as the senior finance leader and strategic partner for the site.

You will own plant P&L, margins, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and drive cost-containment initiatives. You will lead manufacturing finance and cost controlling, including standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and KPI management, while partnering with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering on pricing, profitability, and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive Finance, Accounting, or Controlling experience in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP experience, SAP preferred, plus Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through financial analysis and business partnership.
