Job summary

Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking an in-house Sr. Contracts Counsel to support the Clinical Development team. You will draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of documents including clinical trial agreements, MSAs, and CRO agreements.

The successful candidate will manage the contract life cycle, identify legal risks, and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks. JD and bar admission are required with 8+ years of transactional experience in life sciences or CRO.

Qualifications

• Must hold a JD degree with regulatory law experience (clinical, quality, GxP, data protection) and be admitted to a state bar.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in-house within a life sciences company or CRO.

Responsibilities
