Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a self-motivated Legal Counsel to handle increasing demand within the business. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, and clinical trial agreements.

The Legal Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to functions such as R&D, procurement, finance, and manufacturing, ensuring all terms comply with applicable healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a U.S. law degree (J.D.) and be admitted to a U.S. state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of in-house biotechnology or pharmaceutical legal experience.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing master service agreements, SOWs, and clinical trial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and CTAs.
• Advise R&D, procurement, finance, and manufacturing on legal terms and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure terms comply with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.
