Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter who will independently source, identify, and network, and contribute to the team’s success.

The role focuses on executive-level talent and managing the candidate experience through offers, with ongoing emphasis on diversity and branding. The Sr. Recruiter will proactively build pipelines for consulting talent, coach hiring managers, and participate in industry and campus events while maintaining accurate ATS data and monitoring market trends to

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting in roles of increasing responsibility; with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Documented success in Executive Search services within a Consulting Practice.
• Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting in roles of increasing responsibility; with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Documented success in Executive Search services within a Consulting Practice
• Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $115,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, this role will include eligibility to earn quarterly commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
