Cognizant is seeking a Consulting Manager in Florida with 8–12 years in SAP IS Utilities to lead testing, AMI processes, and billing operations. You’ll work on ABAP EMIGALL and ABAP BPEM migrations, while performing manual testing and guiding cross-functional teams to align SAP ISUtilities solutions with business goals.

Excellent analytical skills and strong collaboration will be essential as you drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance across implementations.

Formación

• 8–12 years of SAP ISUtilities testing experience.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Consulting Manager. Role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP IS Utilities. The candidate work will focus on SAP IS Utilities Testing, AMI, Billing & Invoicing, ABAP EMIGALL, ABAP BPEM, and Manual Testing. This role is crucial for optimizing utility processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in SAP ISUtilities Testing and AMI processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP ISUtilities Billing & Invoicing for efficient financial management.
• Have strong skills in SAP ISUtilities ABAP EMIGALL and BPEM for effective data handling.
• Exhibit expertise in manual testing of SAP ISUtilities applications.
• Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Display strong analytical skills to identify and resolve utility process challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience delivering or supporting training programs for technical users.

*Travel: willingness to travel extensively as client needs require.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s strongly preferred.

Salary & Compensation:

Salary: Applications will be accepted until October 18th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $98,853.00 – $158,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Incentives: Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, subject to applicable plan terms.
