    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Manage a small team of analysts, developers, testers, or engineers to drive project delivery
    - Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform
    - Serve as the technical expert on projects focused on salesforce.com
    - Lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop key components of technology solutions
    - Provide mentoring and guidance to team members, including offshore team members

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
    - 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
    - One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud)
    - Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce
    - Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office and able to travel up to 50-70%
