Job Overview

This role involves providing expert private equity fund administration, financial accounting, and investor reporting services. The position requires in-depth knowledge of private equity activities, client interaction, and strategic program development.

Responsibilities
  1. Operate independently with extensive knowledge of private equity fund activities.
  2. Provide consulting and leadership at a high technical level.
  3. Handle large, cross-functional, and technically complex activities.
  4. Balance operational execution with strategic development.
  5. Conduct preliminary analyses and review deliverables.
  6. Interact directly with clients, auditors, and management.
  7. Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs and deadlines.
  8. Develop and implement programs within functional areas.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  10. Understand client needs and review service requests.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Deep functional and industry knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical skills relevant to private equity.
Experience & Qualifications
  • University degree or relevant work experience.
  • Supervisory skills and team management experience.
  • Knowledge of private equity and fund of funds preferred.
Salary Range

$74,700 - $126,900 USD. Includes comprehensive benefits and discretionary bonus opportunities.
