Job Title: Senior Consultant Non-IT Recruitment

Responsibilities:
This role plays a pivotal part in driving organizational success by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in the Non-IT sector. Core responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs, business objectives, and organizational culture.
- Develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies aligned to the manufacturing & logistics domain.
- Identify and engage prospective candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
- Create detailed candidate personas for open roles to ensure precise targeting.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews.
- Present shortlisted profiles with detailed summaries and insights to clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent and value-driven interactions.
- Continuously research industry trends and develop quality pipelines and leads for future mandates.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, focused, and self-motivated individual.
- 7+ years of experience in permanent hiring, with at least 3 years in Manufacturing, Logistics, or related Non-IT domains.
- Experience in senior level & leadership hiring is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to recruitment.
- Strong problem-solving and client management skills.
