Job Title: Senior Consultant Non-IT Recruitment

Job Location: Remote (work from home)

Responsibilities:

This role plays a pivotal part in driving organizational success by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in the Non-IT sector. Core responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs, business objectives, and organizational culture.
  2. Develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies aligned to the manufacturing & logistics domain.
  3. Identify and engage prospective candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
  4. Create detailed candidate personas for open roles to ensure precise targeting.
  5. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews.
  6. Present shortlisted profiles with detailed summaries and insights to clients.
  7. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent and value-driven interactions.
  8. Continuously research industry trends and develop quality pipelines and leads for future mandates.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  2. Target-driven, focused, and self-motivated individual.
  3. 7+ years of experience in permanent hiring, with at least 3 years in Manufacturing, Logistics, or related Non-IT domains.
  4. Experience in senior level & leadership hiring is preferred.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to recruitment.
  6. Strong problem-solving and client management skills.
