Commercial Technologies + OptiFreight is looking for a highly driven Sr. Consultant, Innovation Technologies who is excited to help imagine, define and build the future of healthcare.
Sr. Consultant, Innovation Technologies will collaborate with the IT Implementation and Customer Technical Support Manager in establishing, educating, maintaining and enhancing customer business experience through effective IT implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's OptiFreight pharmacy products and services.The Sr. Consultant, Innovation Technologies will effectively balance strong technical expertise with exceptional customer-facing skills, ensuring both seamless product support and outstanding customer experience. It will also be a point of escalation for customer onboarding and initial technical support to help resolve application issues or escalate to the software engineering team.
