ReSource Pro Growth Solutions is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Customer Success & Delivery, Propellint to lead high-complexity insurance technology initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.

You will own solution direction, lead business analysis, and oversee implementation from kickoff to go-live, impacting client outcomes and platform adoption. This remote US-based role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10–15 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, insurance operations, or technology implementation.
• Hands-on insurance operations experience (claims, underwriting, policy, billing) strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading complex system implementations.
• Executive stakeholder engagement across senior leaders.
• Expert-level business analysis, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business requirements activities from workshops through validation and approval.
• Own scope, prioritization, dependency mapping, and change control with delivery leadership.
• Lead implementations from kickoff through go-live across client, internal, and third-party teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and client concerns.
• Advise client leadership as the insurance domain expert across policy, claims, billing, and underwriting.
• Mentor business analysts and consultants and contribute to delivery standards and best practices.

Your Role…

ReSource Pro is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Customer Success & Delivery, Propellint to lead high-complexity insurance technology and data initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. You will own solution direction, business analysis leadership, and implementation oversight for strategically important client engagements. Work completed directly impacts client outcomes, platform adoption, and long-term partnership with ReSource Pro.

In this role, you will…

What You Need to be Successful…

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, insurance operations, or technology implementation
• Hands-on insurance operations experience (claims, underwriting, policy, billing) strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading complex system implementations
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Expert-level business analysis, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving; able to connect technical solutions to operational impact
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives independently, with a high level of initiative and accountability
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing clear, structured guidance in evolving environments
• Preferred: CPCU, AIC, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar insurance or analysis credentials
• Ability to travel up to 20%, domestic
• Technological proficiency – able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

Your Compensation…

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $122,000-$209,000 per year. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
