A healthcare solutions company is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Performance Partner to support Global Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and at least 8 years of experience in supply chain to drive operational improvements and manage complex projects successfully. We're seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Performance Partner to support Global Supply Chain transformation initiatives. This individual will leverage project management, continuous improvement, and change management skills to drive improvement across our operational, financial, and service KPIs.
The ideal candidate is a strategic advisor with global supply chain expertise, capable of connecting supply chain operations, finance, and business leadership. They should be a problem-solver who drives change, facilitates action, makes decisions, identifies risks, and champions program management best practices to support transformation initiatives. The role requires experience and knowledge across multiple areas of the supply chain to understand how its various parts connect and depend on each other.
Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $150,100
