Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Performance Partner to support Global Supply Chain transformation initiatives. This individual will leverage project management, continuous improvement, and change management skills to drive improvement across our operational, financial, and service KPIs.

The ideal candidate is a strategic advisor with global supply chain expertise, capable of connecting supply chain operations, finance, and business leadership. They should be a problem-solver who drives change, facilitates action, makes decisions, identifies risks, and champions program management best practices to support transformation initiatives. The role requires experience and knowledge across multiple areas of the supply chain to understand how its various parts connect and depend on each other.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage supply chain and cross-functional knowledge to drive change by thinking critically and challenging the status quo.
  • Collaboratively unite teams to create a vision for improvement and a roadmap to success, empowering them to achieve targets and providing support as needed.
  • Utilize process improvement and change management tools to create and implement transformation across Global Medical Product Distribution
  • Build and maintain multi-generational Project Plans that support a complex program, support stakeholder management, and provide appropriate escalations to drive timely and successful execution
  • Assists in the development of functional strategy
  • Quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams
  • Proactively identify issues and risks, support issue resolution, and develop risk mitigation plans in close partnership with project teams and relevant business partners
  • Create and deliver project status reports to the executive leadership team, openly requesting support when necessary.
  • Confidently facilitates decision making and removes barriers to progress
  • Establish effective and adaptable controls, manage risks, issues, changes, decisions, costs, resources, and schedules, and connect short-term needs to long-term implications, aligning with the supporting business case.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; and communicate project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to leadership and stakeholders in an open and honest fashion
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business/Finance or related preferred
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, LSSBB
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a proven track record of success in continuous improvement, change management, and project management preferred
  • Experience and deep understanding of Supply Chain management and the surrounding eco-system
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial and strategic impact
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others without direct authority and to adapt their communication style to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, and financial acumen
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity; challenging others to think differently and holding others, at all levels, accountable to delivering on commitments
  • Ability to travel 15%

Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $150,100
