Elytrona IT Solutions in Delaware seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Unit Continuous Improvement, to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and deliver measurable performance gains across business units.

You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement improvement initiatives, develop standard operating procedures, and establish sustainable change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Typically 5–8 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement programs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across business units and operational functions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
• Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Support change management and employee adoption of improved processes.
• Present recommendations and progress reports to senior leadership.
• Establish ongoing measurement practices to ensure improvements are sustained.
